Childcare Center Cook

Overview

Chambliss Center for Children - Red Bank is looking for a part-time cook to prepare breakfast and lunch for the children in our care (ages infant to 5 years). Pay starts at $11.00/hour and depends on experience.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:00am-1:00pm.

• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clean and sanitize all cookware, plates, utensils, etc.
• Order food and products to adhere to the prescribed menu and follow all USDA requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by the site director.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a fingerprint background screen.
• Experience with food preparation and cooking required.
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
• Must have reliable transportation.
