DescriptionShift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. They provide leadership to crew and other managers, monitor performance, enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards, oversee safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a smooth shift. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping their assigned departments meet their goals.
