Part Time Customer Service​/Lot Attendant

• Salary up to $25.00 hourly
• $100 hiring bonus and a $300 cash bonus upon completion of certification

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services inside and outside the center
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Clean and inspect equipment, checking fluid levels and ensuring safety
• Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Basic mechanical skills with a willingness to learn
• Availability for part-time work, including weekends and holidays
• Basic customer service and computer knowledge
• Ability to handle cash or credit transactions is a plus

• Experience in customer service roles
• Familiarity with handling equipment or tools
• Previous experience in a retail or service environment
