Customer Service Associate

O2 Employment Services is working with a local paint retailer to find their next Customer Service Associate in Red Bluff, CA
. This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a customer-focused retail environment.

The ideal candidate will be friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a busy setting. This position involves assisting customers, processing orders, mixing paint, and helping with daily store operations.

• $18.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE
• Potential pay increase following the introductory period
• Full-time, long-term opportunity
• Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Weekday schedules may vary based on business needs, including occasional Mondays with an alternate weekday off

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer questions
• Mix and tint paint according to customer specifications
• Process customer orders, transactions, and payments accurately
• Use computer systems for order entry and customer service
• Assist customers with product selections and general inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and other daily store operations as needed

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Willingness to learn paint mixing procedures and product information
• Dependable, organized, and able to work well with others
• Previous retail, customer service, or paint supply experience preferred but not required
