We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Flight Nurse to join our elite air medical transport team based in Redding, CA. This is more than just a job — it''s a chance to save lives in high-pressure environments while working with a top-tier clinical and aviation crew.

You’ll deliver advanced critical care during helicopter or fixed-wing transports, responding to trauma scenes, interfacility transfers, and time-sensitive emergencies throughout Northern California.

• Provide critical care nursing during air medical transports for neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients
• Collaborate closely with flight paramedics, pilots, and receiving facilities
• Perform advanced assessments, interventions, and medication administration in-flight
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the transport process
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and equipment readiness at all times
• Participate in continuing education, training simulations, and crew safety briefings

What You’ll Need

• 🏥
  Current RN License – California (or ability to obtain)
• 🚁
  Minimum 3 years ICU, ER, or critical care experience
• 🎓
  Certified Flight Registered Nurse (CFRN) preferred (or willing to obtain)
• 🧠 Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, and communication skills
• 💪 Physical and emotional stamina to perform in fast-paced, high-stress environments
• 🧭 Willingness to work 12 or 24-hour shifts (days/nights/weekends/holidays)
