The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you must be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor about work status, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and timely.
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts accurately.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and store price changes.
• Hang signage such as Circulars, Price Cuts, and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure a distinguished shopping experience for customers.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ years old.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory. Must be able to read, write, and count accurately regardless of education level.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Generally indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Hard surfaces like concrete or asphalt; adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Adherence to safety guidelines to promote a safe environment.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 lbs with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders frequently.
• Move throughout the store for entire shifts.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Effective communication skills.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete required training successfully.
