Base pay range$20.00/hr - $24.00/hr
What You'll Do- Communicate with customers and technicians regarding service time frame, appointment availability, delays, or special instructions
- Work closely with the customer service team members and field staff
- Track field technician work location, equipment, and work status
- Monitor scheduled service appointments and help anticipate dispatching decisions throughout the workday
- Relay accurate information to customers and technicians, ensuring proficient and quality experiences
- Make sound, efficient, and profitable decisions to direct field staff throughout the service areas based on urgency, logistics, technician skill sets and specialized equipment
- May work overtime as needed
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the needs of the business
- 2+ years of experience in dispatching or call center
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Ability to work in a fast paced and results driven environment
- Ability to meet all Company safety requirements
