• Assist with and prepare accounting engagements including adjusting journal entries, financial statements, and corporation income tax returns.
• Assist with and prepare client bookkeeping.
• Assist with and prepare personal income tax, T4, WCB and T5 returns.
• Support various projects and administrative tasks as required.

• Experience with in an accounting or administration office.
• Experience with Caseware, Tax Prep, Profile, Doc-it, QBO, Xero and/or Microsoft Suite is an asset.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills.
• Accomplished in multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks to meet multiple deadlines.
• Ability to make decisions and problem solve independently within the scope of the position.
