As the Cost Accounting Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting during critical closing periods.

Your role includes optimizing costing structures in collaboration with both engineering and manufacturing sectors. With a focus on implementing Oracle EPM and enhancing ERP systems, you will influence strategic financial planning across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the cost accounting team in financial close operations

• Develop insightful financial dashboards for executives

• Contribute as Oracle ERP expert in cost accounting

• Assist in implementing Oracle EPM across functions

• Collaborate with departments for effective costing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field

• 8+ years of cost accounting, 5+ in manufacturing

• Strong experience with Oracle ERP systems

• Proficiency in Excel and dashboard development

• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and costing standards
