Position: High-Volume Invoice Processing Clerk

This role offers an opportunity to excel in high-volume accounts payable tasks within a flexible work setting.

As an Administrative Support IV, you will play a crucial role in managing invoices through Oracle E-Business Suite and various related systems. Your responsibilities include processing and reconciling invoices while engaging with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies. A strong attention to detail is necessary for compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute accurate invoice processing and reconciliation

• Address discrepancies and vendor inquiries promptly

• Maintain and verify vendor records as needed

• Conduct necessary checks to ensure compliance

• Support in mailroom duties and training initiatives

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience in high-volume invoice processing

• Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite or equivalent ERP

• Post-secondary education in accounting is an asset

• Familiarity with Kofax software is preferred

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
