You will manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including detailed invoice analysis, resolving discrepancies, and scrutinizing expense reports. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage detailed coding and approval of invoices

• Maintain accuracy in high volume payable transactions

• Investigate and address invoice-related problems

• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve issues

• Review and approve expense submissions in Concur

Requirements:

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience

• Knowledgeable in accounting terms and processes

• Experience with SAP and Dynamics 365 is a plus

• Advanced skills in Excel and data entry

• Strong attention to detail and deadlines
