What You’ll Do:- Lead and execute review and compilation engagements from planning to completion
- Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members
- Prepare and review financial statements and disclosures in accordance with ASPE and ASNPO
- Assist with audit engagements as needed
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex accounting and assurance issues
- Deliver high‑quality client service as a primary contact
- Prepare and review corporate and personal tax returns and compliance filings
- Oversee T4s, T5s, payroll, GST filings, and government reporting
- Analyze financial results and provide insights to clients
- Communicate engagement progress and findings to management
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations
- Collaborate with engagement teams
- Support clients with systems and process improvements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Participate in internal training programs
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Commitment to high‑quality client service
- Experience with Caseware, Profile, Quick Books, Sage, and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of ASPE, ASNPO, and Canadian tax compliance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Business Administration
- CPA designation (completed or near completion)
- 3–4 years of public practice experience in Canada
