Position: Red Deer Controller Role in Manufacturing
Take a leading role as a Controller for a well-recognized manufacturing company in Red Deer. Manage accounting, HR operations, and ensure financial accuracy.

Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Controller to join the leadership team. Reporting to the Corporate CFO, this role emphasizes oversight of all accounting tasks, human resources, and operational management. Candidates must have robust financial analysis and reporting skills, solid accounting practices, and proficiency with SAP Business One and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting functions, including payroll and invoicing

• Prepare monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations

• Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and reporting metrics

• Present comprehensive financial results to management

• Coordinate with external accountants for year-end processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting

• 5+ years as a Controller in a manufacturing context

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software

• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication
