In this role, you will lead and manage diverse accounting engagements while ensuring excellent client outcomes. Your insights and mentorship will nurture junior staff and elevate the firm's services. With a focus on leadership and technical growth, you will prepare financial statements and navigate complex accounting issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage review and compilation engagements

• Coach junior accountants to facilitate their growth

• Prepare financial documents per ASPE and ASNPO

• Provide assistance in audits as required

• Deliver high-quality insights to clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Business Administration required

• Progressing towards CPA designation preferred

• Minimum of 3–4 years public practice experience

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Skilled in Caseware, Profile, and Canadian tax regulations
