Position: Accounting Administrator Role with Canalta Group

The Canalta Group of Companies is on the lookout for a meticulous Accounting Administrator. In this role, you will be involved in month-end closing processes, assist with audits, and ensure all accounting records are accurate and compliant. Your expertise in journal entries and reconciliations will be essential for maintaining strong financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day accounting tasks effectively

• Prepare monthly journal entries, including amortizations

• Keep accurate accounts through reconciliations

• Prepare and file GST returns accurately

• Facilitate month-end and year-end closing activities

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance

• At least 2 years of accounting experience

• Practical skills in general ledger and month-end processes

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
