Accounts Receivable Technician Student Services

As an Accounts Receivable Technician II in the Fee’s Office, you will manage account payments, refunds, revenue transactions, and reconciliations. The position requires knowledgeable stakeholder support, consistent RDP policy application, and careful handling of sensitive financial and personal information.

• Provide responsive guidance on accounts receivable processes
• Process payments, refunds, invoices, and account charges
• Maintain cash controls, deposits, and monetary safekeeping
• Complete collection activities and delinquent account analysis
• Assist departments with internal controls and training

• Two-year post-secondary diploma in a related discipline
• Two to three years of accounts receivable experience
• Experience with integrated financial and banking systems
• Strong customer service and stakeholder support skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
