Accounts Receivable Technician

Manage invoicing and account reconciliation as an Accounts Receivable Technician with Kings Energy Services. Work across customer accounts, collections, and finance administration.

This experienced Accounts Receivable Technician reports to the Finance Manager and manages each customer account lifecycle. Duties include customer setup, invoice preparation, payment collection, account reconciliation, and responding to inquiries. The position also shares receptionist duties with accounts payable and supports cross training for coverage.

• Coordinate billing and prepare accurate, timely invoices
• Review pricing, coding, GST, signatures, and inventory items
• Set up customer accounts and maintain required documents
• Notify customers about overdue payments and collect balances
• Reconcile discrepancies and generate customer account statements

• Experience in Accounts Receivable and accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of online invoice submissions
• Experience with Open Invoice, Ariba, and Jobutrax
• One to two years of general office experience
• Confidential, accurate data entry and professional communication
