Procurement Administrator

Enhance procurement processes as a Procurement Administrator with Precision Well Servicing in Red Deer. Ensure efficient order processing and vendor communications for smooth operations. This on-site role requires experience in administration, preferably within procurement or oil and gas sectors.

You will manage purchase orders, document reviews, and adherence to spending policies while collaborating with various teams, including Accounts Payable. Your contributions will reinforce a cohesive and high-performing work setting.

• Process purchase order requests from creation to completion
• Review receiving documents per company policies
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable for smooth transactions
• Maintain communication with Field Employees and Vendors
• Support vendor relations in sourcing and pricing discussions

• Minimum 2 years in an administrative role
• Experience in procurement or oil and gas preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX a plus
