Key Responsibilities:
• Create and develop staff rotation and schedules
• Oversee calendar management and meeting preparations
• Administer payroll processing and expense claims
• Maintain accurate and organized file management
• Navigate escalated issues with sound discretion
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent
• Specialized knowledge of administrative functions
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with E-People and RMS systems
