Red Deer Polytechnic is looking for three Program Assistants to facilitate administrative tasks crucial for health programs. Responsibilities include timetable coordination, report generation, and acting as a liaison for students and faculty. Your attention to detail and support will help streamline academic processes and enhance student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Associate Dean and operations staff

• Organize academic year preparations and attendance records

• Prepare course-related documentation and forms

• Track program enrollments and maintain communication

• Assist with evaluations and information dissemination

Requirements:

• Two years post-secondary training in relevant fields

• 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications

• Familiar with Blackboard and other reporting systems

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
