This continuous, 10-month position entails 18 hours weekly, starting on August 24, 2026. You will provide significant support to the Central Services accounting team and assist cardholders, ensuring the integrity of financial documentation. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and enjoy contributing to efficient operations across the division.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit transaction receipts for completeness and accuracy
• Verify cardholder data for system correctness
• Cross-reference submissions against financial policies
Requirements:
• Post-secondary certificate or diploma in office administration, bookkeeping, or related field
• Minimum two years of clerical experience processing financial documents
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal skills for explaining financial policies
• Competent with financial software and Google Suite
Utilize your administrative expertise to support the Central Services team in maintaining operational efficiency.
