Step into a pivotal role as an Apprenticeship Delivery Services Advisor in Red Deer, Alberta. Provide essential guidance and support to apprentices, employers, and training providers in Alberta's apprenticeship system.

As a full-time ADS Advisor, you’ll be the primary contact for multiple stakeholders in apprenticeship programs.

Your role combines client service with administrative processing, emphasizing the navigation of complex certification pathways. You will be crucial in advising clients about their options and ensuring thorough program delivery and assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise apprentices and sponsors on registration steps

• Guide clients through unique apprenticeship pathways

• Process applications and maintain complete client files

• Assess clients’ needs related to training and certification

• Deliver information services via phone and in-person

Requirements:

• 2-year diploma in Business or Education

• 3 years of administrative program experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage a high volume of information
