Position: Community Concierge at Optima Living
Join Optima Living as a Community Concierge in Olds, Alberta, where hospitality meets care. Deliver outstanding administrative support while enhancing resident and visitor experiences.

In the Concierge role, you'll report to the General Manager and play a critical part in ensuring the community runs smoothly. Responsibilities include warmly greeting residents, managing inquiries, and facilitating move-ins. By demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills, you will uphold Optima Living’s mission to promote individual dignity and well-being in a caring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet residents and guests upon arrival

• Direct calls and inquiries efficiently

• Manage visitor check-in procedures

• Support scheduling for events and meetings

• Provide administrative assistance to the leadership team

Requirements:

• One year of experience in an administrative capacity

• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience in a mental health or care environment preferred

• Flexibility in work shifts and responsibilities
