Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance efficiently. • Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various vehicle makes and models
• Inspect and replace filters, fluids, and other essential vehicle components
• Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions
• Assist with additional maintenance or repair tasks as needed
• Promote additional services or products when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction

• Previous dealership or mechanic experience preferred but not required; relevant automotive knowledge is essential
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance tasks accurately
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely (heavy lifting required) and stand for extended periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Commitment to safety protocols and proper use of tools and equipment

$20.00-$35.00 per hour
