Service Porter

Cam Clark Auto Group is seekinga results-oriented Service Porter for our Cam Clark Ford dealership in Red Deer, AB.

In the position of Car Porter reporting to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for greeting our customers upon their arrival to the service department with a warm welcome and providing them with excellent customer service.

You will be accountable for:

• Guiding customers through the drive-thru upon their arrival for their vehicle service appointment.
• Confirming basic vehicle information with the client before guiding them to one of our service advisors.
• Parking customer vehicles in the designated area, ready for the technician to pull the vehicle into the shop.
• Maintaining organization and the general cleanliness of the service drive-through.
• Maintaining the organization and tagging procedure for our customer tire storage program.
• Lifting and moving tires into our storage bins.
• Assisting the service department with other duties as required.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A valid driver’s licence and a clean driver’s abstract.
• The ability to lift 35lbs and stand for long periods of time.
• Your High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Good time management and organization skills.
