Responsibilities
Remove, install, balance, and rotate tires for passenger and light truck vehiclesPerform tire repairs safely and efficiently, following standard proceduresAssist with basic mechanical services (oil, lube and filter, inspections, alignments) with training and supportMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all safety guidelines and use PPE at all timesDeliver consistent, friendly service that builds customer trustStay active throughout your shift, including lifting and moving tiresRequirements
Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach to workValid driver’s licenseAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPositive attitude and ability to work well with a teamCommitment to safety in all aspects of the rolePrevious tire or automotive experience is an asset, but not requiredWhat We Offer
