As an Automotive Parts Advisor, you will utilize the Part Source Operating System to find and sell appropriate automotive solutions to customers. Your exceptional communication skills will assist in conveying product features and maintaining the store’s visual standards. This role is integral to ensuring customer satisfaction and safety in compliance with store policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify correct parts using the Part Source Operating System
• Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty details
• Complete assigned store tasks promptly
• Uphold merchandising and store appearance standards
• Address customer and employee concerns with management
Requirements:
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systems
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to lift merchandise up to 50 lbs
• Valid Driver's License is an asset
