Responsibilities
Assist in the delivery of consulting services such as strategic and operational planning reviews along with the design of programs and services, stakeholder engagement and other forms of management consultingSupport proposal development along with the implementation, administration and completion of client engagementsPerform complex and detailed research, interpretation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data for the purpose of proposing, planning and implementing business improvements for clientsParticipate in research through the collection, development and analysis of data (through online content, report review, interviews, focus groups, surveys and administrative data)Design, develop, format and proof-read professional reports, proposals, presentations and correspondenceDevelop positive working relationships and liaise with clients and colleaguesEnsure delivery of high quality client service productsMonitor project timelines against targets, adjust where necessary; advise clients of project status and seek clarification on discrepancies where applicableDevelop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services and clientele through experiential learning with clientsNetwork and take a leadership role in the local professional community while raising awareness of MNP and looking for new business development opportunitiesPromote MNP advisory services through the delivery of presentations, writing articles, facilitating workshops or participating in community activitiesContribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes while effectively using MNP internal programs and systemsSkills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture Management, or other related field4 to 5 years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service environment or Agricultural environmentCompletion of a Certified Management Consultant Certification is an assetExperience in Agricultural business and practice development is considered an assetA valid driver’s license is necessary as travel will be required
