As a Strategy & Foresights Advisor, you will support enterprise-wide and business unit strategies within Servus Credit Union’s Strategy and Enterprise Planning Team. The temporary eight-to-twelve-month contract requires 37.5 hours weekly. You will combine market research, competitive intelligence, financial analysis, and industry trends to inform leadership decisions. Your work will translate organizational objectives into measurable plans while aligning stakeholders around priorities and change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, refine, and communicate enterprise and business unit strategies
- Translate organizational objectives into actionable, measurable plans
- Facilitate alignment workshops and governance processes
- Apply environmental scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Establish metrics and monitor strategic initiative effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
- Six to eight years’ progressive strategic planning experience
- Experience in market research or corporate strategy
- Experience in strategic communications or related disciplines
- Strong analytical skills interpreting complex data
