Benefits Package:
After 6 month Extended Medical and Dental – out of shop work per diem (overnight only) provided plus 2 dollar per hour bonus for off site work

Work Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years
- Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas in and out of the shop
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, signage and shoring required at construction sites
- Mix, pour paint and prepare surfaces as per the painters requirements to complete tasks
- Assist painter with daily activities
- Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment, signal operators to guide them in moving equipment, pipes, materials and provide assistance in other activities for sandblasting
- Assist in aligning pipes and perform related activities in the shop for refinishing
- Remove debris using shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows and other equipment to keep shop free of hazards and keep clean
- Tend or feed machines or equipment used for mixing paint, compressors, hoses, and pumps
- Clean up spills and other contaminants, and remove any debris from equipment
- Oil and grease hoists and similar equipment as needed
- Direct traffic for pick up of finished products and deliveries of new work to be completed
- Perform other activities as directed
- Past construction labour experience is an asset
- Punctual
- Attention to detail
- Be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
- Able to work standing for long periods
- Be able to work on field jobs and outside
- Able to work on the road for multiple weeks
- Previous experience with sandblasting is an asset
- Able to work in a safe manor
- Able to work in a confined space
- Ability to work on manlifts at high heights
- Able to work outside in cold weather
