As a part of our crew, you will apply your construction experience to prepare concrete seams and joints, applying grouts and sealants while maintaining safety and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and apply sealants for concrete joints

• Inspect and rectify imperfections in precast panels

• Use power tools and operate equipment safely

• Maintain cleanliness of tools and materials

• Contribute actively to team progress on construction sites

Requirements:

• Valid Standard First Aid, Aerial Work Platform, and Fall Protection

• Reliable transportation and Class 5 license required

• Physically fit for outdoor construction work

• Attention to detail and a creative mindset

• Willing to be outdoors in varying weather conditions
