Position: Construction Site Crew Member Role
Location: Blackfalds

Become a vital part of the Eagle Builders team as a Site Crew Member in Blackfalds, Alberta. This full-time position involves physically demanding tasks crucial for site preparation and project completion.

You'll join a dedicated crew in the Field Division, executing various labor-intensive responsibilities on-site.

Your role will include cleaning, loading, and safely operating machinery for efficient site operations. The teamwork and effort you contribute will play a significant role in achieving project goals and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with a small crew on-site

• Perform labor tasks including site cleanup and material handling

• Operate construction equipment like skid steers

• Follow safety guidelines and company policies closely

• Assist carpenters and other skilled professionals

Requirements:

• Pass mandatory pre-employment assessment

• Certification in First Aid, Fall Protection, and Aerial Work

• Valid Class 5 license and transportation to Blackfalds

• Physically capable of lifting 50lbs or more

• Comfortable with outdoor work in various weather
