Ideal applicants should have construction experience and the ability to handle heavy-duty tasks like lifting and working  part of a collaborative crew, you will assist in installation processes and help ensure safety on-site while making meaningful contributions to the building industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site preparation for precast elements

• Collaborate in the installation of concrete panels

• Operate and signal for cranes safely

• Engage in various tasks supporting construction progress

• Follow safety practices and instructions from supervisors

Requirements:

• Certification in First Aid and Working at Heights

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and transport

• Physical fitness for demanding tasks

• Proficient English communication skills

• Willingness to relocate to Central Alberta or local resident
