Rigger Labourer

Position: Rigger Labourer Role with Clark Builders
Support construction projects effectively as a Rigger Labourer with Clark Builders. In this role, you'll focus on rigging and securing loads to maintain safe operations on-site.

As part of the Clark Builders team, you will manage rigging for tower cranes, signal operations, and assist with loading and unloading materials. Your responsibilities will also include erecting scaffolding and performing demolition tasks as needed. Physical ability and a commitment to maintaining site safety are critical for success in this demanding role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rig loads for crane operations with safety in mind

• Communicate instructions to crane operators clearly

• Conduct equipment inspections for safety compliance

• Assist with concrete placement and material handling

• Organize and maintain the construction site

Requirements:

• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

• Previous experience in rigging preferred

• Strong awareness of safety protocols

• Valid certifications in First Aid and Rigging are assets

• Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to weather conditions
