Position: Foreman Role with Clark Builders
Become an essential part of Clark Builders' mission as a Foreman in Red Deer. Supervise tradespeople, maintain safety standards, and ensure project success through effective management.

In this Foreman role, you'll coordinate construction tasks and ensure the skilled workforce is efficient and compliant with safety regulations. Strong communication, supervisory skills, and the ability to work in varying weather are crucial. This position is ideal for experienced trades professionals looking to make a meaningful impact in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and maintain work schedules effectively

• Enforce compliance with safety regulations

• Conduct inspections and QA/QC checks

• Lead site orientations and tailgate meetings

• Act as the point of control when the Superintendent is off site

Requirements:

• Journeyperson trade certification required

• At least 8 years in the construction field

• First aid and safety certifications are an advantage

• Ability to operate outdoors in diverse weather

• Strong conflict resolution skills needed
