Position: Full-Time Labourer at ROHL Global Networks

This year-round Labourer role entails a blend of material handling, traffic control, and safety compliance on construction sites. You will work collaboratively with teams to load and unload equipment, prepare sites, and maintain a clean work environment. A strong focus on safety and professionalism is critical as you assist with construction tasks and traffic management in diverse outdoor conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and manage construction materials safely

• Assist equipment operators and signal during tasks

• Operate small tools and equipment like tampers and skid steers

• Set up and manage traffic control devices on site

• Participate in safety meetings and comply with policies

Requirements:

• Experience in construction, utility, or civil infrastructure

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required

• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work

• Strong commitment to safety and reliability

• Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed
