Join Eagle Builders as a Site Supervisor and manage pioneering construction projects. This full time role emphasizes leadership, coordination, and quality assurance across various sites. As a vital part of our construction team, the Site Supervisor will oversee multiple projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety regulations. You will be tasked with scheduling, resource management, and maintaining project timelines. Your expertise in precision and detail will aid the success of agricultural, commercial, and multi-level building projects.
Responsibilities- Maintain and adjust project schedules effectively
- Ensure project specifications are achieved
- Manage onsite personnel and assist with challenges
- Communicate with sub-trades on safety protocols
- Keep accurate documentation and submit promptly
- Proven Site Supervisor experience in the industry
- Valid First Aid, Fall Protection, and LSE certifications
- Robust leadership and excellent communication skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Adaptable availability for extended work hours
