Chandos is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support various project activities under the guidance of a Project Manager. This role requires two or more years of experience in project coordination within a general contracting environment. Key skills include familiarity with construction documentation, reporting procedures, and compliance with local and provincial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize project documentation and meeting minutes
• Set up and maintain project reporting procedures
• Track and advise on stakeholder responses
• Manage trade contractor site meetings and invoices
• Oversee project administration activities and safety reporting
Requirements:
• Two years of experience as a Project Coordinator
• Technical diploma or equivalent experience in construction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe
• Ability to read blueprints and field drawings
• Strong understanding of construction trades and safety regulations
