Join Chandos as a Project Coordinator and drive project success through effective organization and administration. You will collaborate closely with project managers while overseeing critical project activities.
As a Project Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in managing project documentation, including meeting minutes and progress claims. You will support the Project Manager and Superintendent in maintaining project reporting procedures, which include cost and project status reports. Your skills will be key in ensuring accurate logs and managing trade contractor site meetings effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage project documentation and reports
• Maintain project status and cost reporting procedures
• Track RFI responses and advise project stakeholders
• Assist with managing site meetings and RFIs
• Handle payroll and safety reporting tasks
Requirements:
• 2+ years as a Project Coordinator with a general contractor
• Technical diploma or equivalent construction experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools
• Strong knowledge of construction codes and regulations
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
