Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all project documentation effectively

• Maintain accurate project reporting and cost tracking

• Facilitate trade contractor meetings and manage RFIs

• Control project administration and payroll activities

• Review plans for adherence to codes and regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum two years as a Project Coordinator

• Technical diploma in construction-related field

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite

• Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics

• Familiarity with compliance regulations in construction
