Lead projects and teams as a Construction Site Supervisor in Olds, Alberta. This full-time role focuses on supervision, training, and ensuring safety on-site.

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee activities and coordinate workers at our location in Olds, Alberta. This position requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining health and safety regulations. You will train workers, estimate costs, and ensure that all activities align with project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise workers and manage project activities

• Coordinate schedules and training for team members

• Setup machines and equipment for operations

• Estimate appropriate costs and required materials

Requirements:

• High school graduation certificate required

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience needed

• Must work on-site; remote work is not available

• Authorized to work in Canada as a permanent or temporary resident
