As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the RDRHC Redevelopment and Expansion, reporting to the Technical Program Lead. Responsibilities include supporting the coordination of design reviews, construction close-outs, and effective communication between operational stakeholders. An organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach is essential to navigate this complex environment effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the technical and construction activities of the project
• Assist in managing on-site access and communication procedures
• Track construction deficiencies and support closure activities
• Maintain logs and documentation for review processes
• Navigate on-site construction zones within hospital premises
Requirements:
• Journeyperson trade certificate or relevant diploma
• Experience in active healthcare construction coordination
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
• Minimum of 3-5 years in project coordination roles
