As a Safety Coordinator, you will work closely with crews, addressing safety concerns and leading by example. Key Responsibilities:

• Build daily relationships with crews and supervisors

• Observe and coach crews on safety practices

• Address unsafe acts directly with individuals

• Conduct site inspections to identify hazards

• Lead practical safety meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Standard First Aid & CPR certification

• Knowledge of OH&S, WHMIS, and WCB legislation

• Experience with report writing for safety

• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
