Position: Labourer Role at ROHL Construction
Support large-scale construction projects as a Labourer with ROHL. This hands-on position demands physical strength, safety awareness, and effective teamwork to drive project progress.

In this role, you will assist the Crew Supervisor and the construction team in executing diverse tasks essential for site operations. Your work will include moving equipment, performing grading and site preparation, and ensuring a safe environment through proper traffic control measures. Regular participation in safety meetings will be vital to ensure that safety standards are upheld on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload construction materials and tools

• Operate small equipment as qualified for site tasks

• Perform grading and terrain preparation safely

• Set up and adjust traffic control devices as required

• Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shifts

Requirements:

• Previous construction, utility, or civil experience advantageous

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong commitment to workplace safety practices

• Capable of physically demanding outdoor work

• Flexibility to travel and adjust to overtime as needed
