You will assist in the installation of precast structures while working closely with a high-performing team. Safety and teamwork are essential as you navigate various tasks, ensuring the successful completion of projects in commercial and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site preparation for precast wall panel installation

• Aid in the fitting of precast components

• Participate in crane signaling and rigging tasks

• Support overall project progress with hands-on work

• Take direction from foreman and collaborate as a team

Requirements:

• Must hold First Aid and Fall Protection certifications

• A valid Class 5 license and dependable transport

• Physically capable of demanding labor

• Effective communication skills in English

• Willing to work away from home and possibly relocate
