Eagle Builders GC Estimator Role

Location: Blackfalds

Maximize project success as a GC Estimator at Eagle Builders, based in Blackfalds, AB. Your analytical skills will help create accurate project costs and uncover vital opportunities that lead to winning projects.

We seek an organized and detail-driven individual ready to take on estimating responsibilities. An ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving and can manage multiple priorities while supporting project teams. While construction experience is a plus, we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn in this full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review drawings and specifications for estimates

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates

• Prepare project budgets and pricing quotations

• Communicate with internal teams and vendors for information

• Identify risks and value-engineering opportunities

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong written and verbal English skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities

• Team-oriented with critical thinking skills
