Position SummaryThis is leadership on the ground – where execution matters.
What You’ll Do- Lead and coordinate daily site operations across multiple projects
- Build and maintain project schedules to keep work on track
- Manage sub-trades, suppliers, and deliveries
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to spec
- Communicate regularly with Project Managers and provide updates
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact progress
- Maintain high standards for quality and workmanship
- Keep documentation accurate and submitted on time
- Read and interpret drawings and communicate changes to crews
- Lead meetings with owners, trades, and internal teams
- Be available to support the site – including travel and after-hours coordination when required
- Strong leader – confident in managing crews, trades, and project flow
- Highly organized – keeps schedules, people, and priorities aligned
- Proactive problem-solver – anticipates issues and acts early
- Detail-focused – ensures quality and accuracy across all work
- Accountable – takes ownership of site performance and results
- Communicator – keeps teams informed and projects moving
- Successful interview candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment assessment
- Valid Class 5 license and acceptable driver’s abstract
- Available to work away from home Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays
- Minimum 44-50 hours per week, with overtime as required
- Travel throughout Western Canada is a regular part of this position
- Physically able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in construction
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong understanding of the construction process from layout to finish
- Valid safety certifications (LSE, First Aid, Fall Protection, AWP)
- Proficient with computers and ability to learn new software
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
- Proven commitment to safety and quality standards
- Experience in precast concrete construction
- Hands-on background across different construction scopes
- Experience with Procore or similar project management tools
- Experience building schedules using MS Project or similar software
