Worley seeks a practical, field-focused Deputy HSE Manager to back our Canada Construction business. You will be second-in-command to the HSE Manager, translating expectations into disciplined execution on construction fronts, working with project leaders, supervisors and contractors to ensure safe, compliant delivery.
You will anticipate risk, build high-performing teams, and drive a proactive safety culture across multiple environments, balancing coaching with accountability and delivery.
