Concrete Laborers AB

We are seeking motivated, hardworking Concrete Laborers with experience in construction and/or agricultural construction to join our team in Red Deer, AB
. The successful candidate will work as part of a crew to safely construct and finish high-quality concrete structures while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.

• Build, erect, align, and dismantle wood and steel formwork for various concrete structures and foundations.
• Place steel cast inserts and set anchor bolts according to project specifications.
• Assist with site preparation, layout, and concrete pours.
• Rough level concrete using rakes, shovels, screeds, and trowels.
• Finish concrete surfaces by floating, troweling, edging, and brushing.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and survey stakes to establish correct grades and elevations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and workplace regulations.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Comfortable working at heights
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Physically fit and able to consistently lift 50+ lbs.
• Able to work in extreme conditions (cold, heat, dust, and dirty environments)
• Experience in grain terminals or feed mills is considered a strong asset
• Valid driver’s license
