Trotter & Morton’s Mechanical Division seeks a dedicated Sheet Metal Project Coordinator to manage project phases effectively. This role involves coordinating budgets, schedules, and obtaining necessary permits while maintaining key project documentation. You will work closely with the project team to ensure successful project execution and foster long-term relationships with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate pre-development, construction, and close-out phases of projects

• Review and finalize project budget with the Project Manager

• Monitor and update project schedules in collaboration with the team

• Ensure all required permits and licenses are obtained

• Develop and maintain billing schedule of values

Requirements:

• Engineering degree, CET, or Sheet Metal Journeyperson ticket

• 2-4 years of construction experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
